Illya Kagan in Costa Rica

As I get out of the water from surfing (a little beat up, and well washed by the surf), this is the view that greets me. I always find the view down the beach and over the waves a little more intense having been out in the water… Maybe the adrenaline has something to do with it. In any case, grabbed the easle and got right to work. This is one in series of the same subjects… Just different lights and atmosphere. This one was mid day light. First clear day after a few days of rain.
