At the Harmony Hotel we are looking to go more and more organic, local and green. Today, we were inspecting the growing of microgreens for the Harmony Restaurant. Christopher explains to John the rotation of the greens in the greenhouse. We are still in an experimental stage of testing soils, seed mixes and irrigation. Our goal is to have 5 to 6 crates of microgreens available for the Harmony Restaurant later this year. “Eat food, eat less and mostly leaves.”
