Crystal Bruneau, after finishing the Rebalancing Bodywork course here in San Juanillo moved to Nosara and opened a raw food cafe called Tree’s Lounge Cafe. She took the raw food meals that she enjoyed as part of the school and shared her passion with the community of Nosara. She closed her cafe and later returned to Nosara to develop the menu at Harmony’s Raw Food Juice Bar as well as training the staff of Harmony to know how to create her menu.

Now, Crystal has taken her favorite foods and created a cookbook, Crystal, Living Foods. You can find her cookbook in Harmony’s bookstore or buy it online: www.lulu.com.

Thanks Crystal for sharing your vision of food.
