as someone who made surfboards, there are always those that want to talk to me about sharks- so in response to this I’ve been working on this series where I ask any one that’s around to help out. usually I have to get in the water and hold the fin- in this particular case my little boy Max is the ‘model’ and my wife Liz took the photo. my version of a family portrait. I like sharks well enough, especially not too close up.

Whew!! What a relief. I was seriously thinking about not surfing in Costa Rica anymore!!!
