after getting off to a rocky start ( Max barfed right after we woke him up at 330AM! ) the car that took us to the airport, was on time and fine etc although our travel date was pushed back by one day due to snow storm that never materialized. the fact that the airline sent us emails well after the fact is another story, somehow it was up to us to deal. that. I called the front desk at the Harmony in a panic- could we stay an extra day?? we’re arriving a day later than planned. The person I spoke to said “everything is fine, don’t worry”!!- it was the greatest, smartest advice in a long time not to mention very soothing
