here’s the photo to yesterdays
post- the 6 million dollar
surfboard- we can put it back
together- we can make it better
than it was before ( well maybe
not better ) but definitely
useable…
observe the raw foam, the old
glass and the spot in the middle
where the board was broken and
glued together again.

Dear Harmony Hotel,
We would like to take the
opportunity to thank you for such
an amazing stay. We had a
wonderful time and we loved the
interaction with the staff. We
look forward to seeing all of you
next year and we would most
certainly recommend The Harmony
to all of our friends. Here are
some pics for the blog of our
stay.
“Pura Vida” sincerely, Richard and
Monica

whether or not it’s better than it
ever was, isn’t exactly the point-
the point is to keep the board in
circulation. there’s loads of
boards around and rather than
getting a new one ( unless it’s
from me of course!) is sooo not
resourceful. so, the board has
been jammed together and glued.
now peel all the old glass off
that is at all loose. the new
resin won’t adhere to old resin
with wax etc on it. peel away the
old stuff and rough up where
there’ll be a connection
with sandpaper. find yourself
