This is chocolate in its first stage. Being picked as a fruit.
The white stuff in the middle is edible and as you eat it, you will discover you are eating around seeds. These seeds are cacao the stuff from which you make: chocolate, cocoa butter, and yes body scrubs..soon to come to the healing centre.

Just show up and be ready to learn about chocolate and/or volunteer your time and help make some.
