Okay, so I am learning to cross step and its taking me a little while. I understand the part about taking the bottom turn, coming up high and stalling to bury the tail of the board, but this whole ninja walk thing on the board feels… er, new. Though she is still learning, Susan is far better at cross stepping than me, but, ha ha, I was at the beach when the guy with the camera was there so you’ll have to wait to see Susan at the nose and just see these pics of yours truly flailing precariously on a tiny wave.

Just out of curiosity, I wonder what the longest sometime has stood on the nose of their board is. And it doesn’t count to do it on sand. I’m talking on water, riding a wave! :-)
